I can't cook but I can learn

The other day I realized I need to learn how to cook but cooking books are horrible. quarter spoon of this and a tee-spoon of that. I might as well go out to eat by the time I'm done.

I found cooking lessons for cheap. Paying for stuff you can teach yourself isn't on everyone's mind but look at it this way, you will probably end up throwing away more on burned food than the cost of a lesson or two.
